High-Capacity HR Tapered Roller Bearings

HR series single row tapered roller bearings are optimized to accommodate combined loads (radial loads and axial loads in one direction) and are generally mounted in duplex arrangements for high rigidity and high axial load capacity in both directions. They are available with normal, medium and steep contact angle types, with axial load capacity increasing relative to the contact angle.

Design Features

  • Separable bearing consisting of a cup (outer ring) and cone (inner ring with roller/cage assembly)
  • Optimized internal design, featuring a larger quantity of larger-sized rollers
  • With high accuracy and high strength pressed steel cage
  • Available with normal, medium and steep contact angle types
  • With adjustable clearance - axial clearance or preload can be set during installation
  • Dimension series 302, 303, 313, 320, 322, 323, 329, 331 and 332 
  • For shaft diameters ranging from 15 to 360 mm
